QL Private Market Monitor · Quarterly, sealed, with receipts

The state of private markets — every number from a graded record.

Capital formation from SEC Form D, round structure from filed charters, what LPs earned from public-pension disclosures, the exit environment from the forward-graded odds boards and the IPO Ledger, and founder accountability from the Founder Ledger — arranged, never modeled. Each metric names its record and as-of date; each quarter's issue is sealed with a hash chain and never edited.

Frequently asked questions

What is the QL Private Market Monitor?

A quarterly issue composed only from QuantLogix's graded records: the SEC Form D Raise Tape, filed Charter Terms, the public-pension LP Tape, the forward-graded Exit Odds, Liquidity Odds, Exit Map and Private Foresight boards, the IPO Ledger, the Founder Ledger and the roster's announced rounds. Every metric names its record, product page, API and as-of date.

How is it different from a venture monitor report?

Nothing in it is a survey or an estimate produced for the report. It reads records that are themselves graded against outcomes, links the source of every number, and seals each quarter's issue with a SHA-256 hash chained to the previous issue, so a cited figure can be reproduced from the API.

When is an issue sealed?

On the first day of the following quarter. Until then the current issue is rebuilt from live records and marked in progress; a record that is unavailable at build time is shown as unavailable, never substituted.
