When you subscribe to an Investing Group, QuantLogix is the merchant of record. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis (or after any free trial) until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the paid period then ends. Refunds, if any, are handled under QuantLogix’s standard billing practices and Stripe’s dispute process.
Group content is third-party research hosted on QuantLogix. Analysts who operate paid groups are bound by the Analyst Creator Agreement. QuantLogix may suspend groups, remove content, or revoke analyst privileges for policy or legal risk. Stripe Connect handles analyst KYC and payouts; the platform fee is generally 20% of subscription invoices, with approximately 80% routed to the analyst, subject to Stripe fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
