Who carries the most value per head?
A weekly ranking of the tracked private book by disclosed valuation ÷ disclosed headcount — how much mark each employee is carrying. A company must disclose at least 25 employees to be ranked, and each raw figure is shrunk toward the cohort so a thin team can't top the board on a quirk. Both the raw figure and the team size sit in every row — a rich number can mean a genuinely lean, high-leverage team or a stale, under-reported headcount, and we let you see which.

Records Board. The Value per Employee Board ranks companies QuantLogix tracks by disclosed valuation divided by disclosed headcount. It is NOT revenue, profit, or output per worker; a rich figure can reflect a stale or under-reported headcount rather than leverage. It is not a statement about any company's finances, and not investment advice; disclosed figures are not real-time.
