Four answers on one page — the graded score, the N-PORT route anyone can buy, a tradeable public sleeve, and a forward-only receipt. PitchBook will not publish when its numbers were wrong. Forge will not point you at a listed fund. Carta is a cap table, not a public-market bridge.
Questions this page exists to answer
How do I get exposure to a pre-IPO company without being accredited?
When a registered fund discloses the company on SEC Form N-PORT, anyone with a brokerage account can buy that fund. The Bridge leads with that route — and says so when it does not exist. Unsolicited offers of pre-IPO shares in a name with no disclosed route are a common fraud pattern.
What is a read-through sleeve?
A generated equal-weight public basket of named rivals, suppliers, investors and comps from the QuantLogix crossmarket graph. Three names are a watchlist; five to ten is a sleeve. Holdings rebuild when the graph changes — this is not a backtested book.
