Keenable builds an independent web-scale search index and API designed for AI systems rather than human readers, on the thesis that agents can consume far more source material than a person scanning ten blue links. Co-founded by Andrey Styskin, who previously led search, AI and cloud at Yandex and worked on web-search infrastructure for AI at Amazon, and German AI scientist Matthias Petri, the company came out of stealth on August 25, 2026 with a $26M seed round led by Accel (partner Zhenya Loginov) with Conviction Partners and angels participating. It says its index spans more than 100 billion documents and is already used in production by several AI labs and inference providers for both training and runtime retrieval; customers are undisclosed. Valuation was not disclosed.
