Arrakis

Arrakis (Arrakis Technologies) is a London- and Paris-based AI deployment company building an AI 'operating system' for industrial enterprises in aerospace, energy, logistics, manufacturing, construction and telecoms. It pairs forward-deployed AI engineers with a model-agnostic enterprise platform and applied research tuned to industrial operations, deploying custom AI agents into mission-critical workflows (procurement, supply chain, operations) on top of existing systems rather than replacing them. Its playbook starts at headquarters (e.g. rebuilding the operators' own spreadsheets with AI filling the data and learning from their corrections) and then moves into field operations. It usually ties about half of its fees to hitting a performance target, keeps customer data out of third-party model training, and reports one customer cutting procurement cycle times by 90%. Its best traction is with family-controlled European industrials. It positions itself against Palantir (about half its team is ex-Palantir), consultancies such as Accenture and BCG, and industrial-AI startups. Founded in January 2026 by CEO Rafael Quintanilla (ex-Accel VP) with Haroun Beltaifa, Romain Fouilland and Mikhail Galkov (alumni of Palantir, Delivery Hero, Revolut, Datadog and ASML). It came out of stealth in July 2026 with about $38M: a $7.5M Accel-led seed and a $30M Series A led by Blossom Capital at a $140M post-money valuation. At that point it had five customers and about 15 staff, with plans to triple headcount and open New York and Middle East outposts.
