QL Private Price · Published, dated, graded

A private-market price you can check us on

Every valuation database publishes a number for a private company. None of them publishes how often that number turned out to be right. QL Private Price is one dated, citable price per company — the last disclosed round blended with what the secondary market actually pays and what public comparables imply — and a permanent accuracy record grading every price we published against the round that priced afterwards.

The comparison that matters is not whether we are perfect. It is whether our price beat the alternative: just quoting the last round, which is what a valuation database gives you. That number is measured below, not asserted.

The record

Forward-only. Nothing here is backfilled: a price can only be graded if we published it before the round priced, and a round that prices within ±5% of the anchor resolves nothing either way and is recorded as a push.

Resolved calls

Live claims, pending resolution

Each row is a repricing we are on the record for right now, with the date and the id we published it under. When one of these companies prices a round, that row moves into the record above — whichever way it goes.

The price board

Every tracked company we can price, ranked by evidence quality. Prices more than 100% away from the last round are flagged and ranked below the rest — published and graded like any other, but treated with more care.

Methodology

Single-company prices are public and free to cite, on the web at /private-company/<slug> and over the API at GET /api/v1/private-price?slug=<slug>. Each carries a price_id that pins the exact claim, so a citation stays checkable after the price moves. Embeddable badge: <img src="https://quantlogix.ai/api/private-price-badge?slug=<slug>">.

Frequently asked questions

What is QL Private Price?

One dated, citable price for every tracked private company — and a permanent accuracy record grading those published prices against the rounds that priced afterwards. The record is the product.

How is accuracy measured?

Each published price is compared to the next disclosed round for that company. The grades are public — hits and misses alike, nothing backfilled or rewritten.

How do I cite a QL Private Price?

Cite the dated price with its permalink and attribution to QuantLogix. Prices are model marks with a published record, not traded quotes and not investment advice.
