Antioch

High-fidelity, cloud-scale simulation for physical AI: calibrated digital twins to develop, test and validate robots, drones and autonomous systems before real-world deployment
Antioch builds a simulation platform for physical AI. Robotics and autonomy teams create digital twins calibrated to their own hardware, compose realistic scenes and sensor models, and run thousands of scenarios in parallel in the cloud to develop, test and validate their systems before real-world deployment, closing the sim-to-real gap that has kept most of the industry testing on physical rigs. Its Antioch Agent can onboard a robot from CAD and spec sheets and iterate on the autonomy stack, and the platform integrates NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab and Omniverse. Customers include Amazon's Ring, whose chief product officer said Antioch's simulations matched physical test results even in scenarios held out of calibration, and Launchpad Build AI. Founded in New York in May 2025 by Harry Mellsop (CEO, ex-Tesla Autopilot), Alex Langshur and Michael Calvey (who with Mellsop built Transpose, sold to Chainalysis), Collin Schlager (Meta Reality Labs) and Colton Swingle (Google DeepMind), it raised a $4.25M pre-seed in December 2025, an $8.5M seed at a $60M valuation in April 2026, and a $32M Series A led by Greylock in September 2026.
