The passport — one normalized read-model: identity, KPIs with derived metrics (runway, burn multiple, net-new ARR, ARR per FTE, magic-number-style growth efficiency — each with its arithmetic spelled out), fundraising history with per-round markup and implied dilution, a cap-table summary normalized to 100 with any gap shown as an explicit residual, and document coverage measured against the standardized diligence checklist for your stage.
Verification — named mechanical checks: cash/burn/runway coherence, rounds vs total-raised claim, cap-table sum, round-date order, markup sanity (down rounds are flagged for context, never failed), KPI bounds (NRR 40–200%, margin ≤ 100%), per-section freshness (fresh < 45 days, aging < 120, stale beyond), and SAFE overhang vs the last post-money. Tiers are mechanical too: VERIFIED needs every critical check green plus an audit; CONSISTENT means nothing failed; SELF_REPORTED means something did.
Signal Score — four explained sub-scores: completeness (fields provided over expected, 25%), consistency (checks passed, 30%), freshness (staleness decay, 20%), operating quality (KPIs banded against venture benchmarks, 25%).
Sharing — scopes are computed, not promised: the teaser view is rebuilt from the same passport with exact figures replaced by coarse bands, and the redaction count is the literal number of fields withheld. What you preview is exactly what a grant sees.
