Room Workflow
1. Start the room Pick a template, choose the Clerk organization, and open the LiveKit room with the agenda already attached. 2. Capture the discussion Use transcript, screen share, co-watch, meeting summary, and trade-idea extraction from the existing room tools. 3. Save the artifact Push summary and notes into QL Notes, then continue analysis in QL Intelligence or Collab.
Research Rooms reuse QuantLogix's existing org permissions. Room creation and joining still require the same signed-in, Pro+ video-room access as the standard Rooms surface.
