How the season works
- Every company has a fixed reporting day. It's derived deterministically from the company itself, recurs every quarter, and spreads the roster across the whole quarter — a real season, not a dump.
- A Quarterly is generated from disclosed data — the roster's funding and revenue records, the live enrichment overlay, and secondary-market marks — the same data behind the QL Score and the rest of the private-market stack. Every fact carries its vintage.
- Missing sections are named. If a company disclosed no revenue, the report says so instead of estimating one. Coverage honesty is the product.
- The headline verdict and valuation section are free. The full report — revenue trail, secondary liquidity, people, path to IPO and all watch items — is part of Pro.
