Nava, formerly Kluisz.ai, is an AI infrastructure startup founded in 2025 by former OYO global COO Abhinav Sinha (CEO), ex-McKinsey partner Vamshidhar Reddy and former Jio cloud executive Abhijeet Singh. It started as a software-first private cloud and GPU platform and in April 2026 moved to a vertically integrated neocloud: AI-optimised data centres, high-performance GPU compute, and orchestration and inferencing software, sold as GPU-as-a-service and bare-metal compute. Alongside the rebrand it raised a ~$22M Series A led by Greenoaks and made Singapore its regional headquarters, keeping its execution base in India. As of September 2026, Moneycontrol reports it is in talks to raise ~$200M from Greenoaks at about $750M.
