Hughes Precision Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2016, is an Indian private-sector ammunition manufacturer with an 8,000 m² plant at Verna Industrial Estate, Goa, able to make about 80 million small-caliber rounds a year, and a marketing office in New Delhi. It supplies the Indian Army, police and paramilitary forces and exports to customers in more than 20 countries; the company says it is India's only manufacturer and exporter of high-precision sniper ammunition used by special forces. On 2026-09-23 it said it had completed a ₹250+ crore primary and secondary round from ultra-high-net-worth individuals to expand capacity to 220 million rounds and enter medium-caliber ammunition.
