Founded in October 2023 in Amsterdam by CEO Boudewijn Wijnands and chaired by Quantinuum founder Ilyas Khan, it raised a $50M oversubscribed Series A on 13 September 2026 led by returning investor Serendipity Capital, with TEL Venture Capital (Tokyo Electron), the Dutch research organisation TNO and Prodrive Technologies participating. No valuation was disclosed.
