White-label cross-border money-movement infrastructure: collect, convert and pay out via local rails, USD accounts, SWIFT and stablecoin settlement
Fin.com is a New York-based financial-infrastructure company co-founded by Nabeel Alamgir (Forbes 30 Under 30, founder of Lunchbox) and Mustafa Dar (founder of 24/7 Jet, Expa venture partner). It sells white-label infrastructure that lets businesses collect, convert and pay out money across borders, combining local payment rails, USD virtual accounts, SWIFT and stablecoin settlement with liquidity and compliance, with a focus on the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Instead of licensing each market from scratch it buys licensed local operators: seven so far, 12 targeted by year-end, and a bank acquisition planned within six months. Its customers include payments and money-transfer platforms, prediction markets and crypto exchanges. It emerged from stealth on September 15, 2026 with a $20M seed (closed in August) led by Expa and Garrett Camp, with Coinbase Ventures, Tenet Fund, Second Sight Ventures, the Figure founders, Mesh founder Bam Azizi and Gulf and African family offices.
