Cymphony Inc. is an enterprise security company that tracks what employees and AI agents can reach inside a company's systems. Its platform is built on what it calls a workforce security graph: one map of identities, permissions, sensitive data and activity that a security team can query to see which people, AI agents and machine accounts touched which system. Nothing installs on endpoints and the company says a deployment goes live in a day. The product covers which AI tools staff use and what they feed into them, business data that has been exposed or overshared, identity hygiene such as stale admin accounts and missing multifactor authentication, and a threat center watching for insider behaviour like bulk downloads; investigation runs through a plain-language assistant called Maestro. CEO Shy Dekel illustrates the problem with an early customer that connected ChatGPT to SharePoint and thereby let every intern query documents from a highly sensitive litigation process. The three co-founders all came through Talpiot, the Israeli military's elite technology program: Dekel spent close to six years in Unit 8200 where he headed the cyber department, CTO Edi Gotlieb came from hardware engineering at Apple and Israel's Ministry of Defense, and CPO Idan Berkovits managed a research group in the Office of the Prime Minister. The company employs about 30 people across New York and Tel Aviv, counts Syngenta, KKR, Cass Information Systems and Athennian as early customers, and has Sequoia Capital running the software on its own systems. It launched publicly on 2026-09-09 with $30M raised.
