Investor Relationship Graph

Not who invested. Who's investing.

Most investor lists are museums — who wrote a check once. This graph ranks who is genuinely likely to write one now: deployment pace derived from real funding events across the private-company roster, estimated dry powder by fund vintage, a competitor conflict screen against each firm's actual portfolio, and warm-intro paths from the investors you already know through their co-investor syndicates. Every score explains itself. Generic co-investor mapping lives in the Syndicate Graph — this page points it at your raise.

◈ Live preview — shown for the invented demo raise (Lumenar Analytics, Series A). Your own profile recomputes everything below.

1. Your Raise + Who You Already Know

Sector, stage, and geography set the fit universe; the firms you already know are excluded as targets and become your warm-intro starting points instead. Saved locally in your browser only.

Market-Wide Deployable Capital

Deploying Right Now — Most Active 12 Months

Counted from real roster funding events (leads on every dated round; participation counted conservatively).

Deployment Pulse Across Tracked Firms

Dry Powder By Firm — Freshest Capital First

Estimated remaining capital is a model — straight-line 3.5-year deployment of the active fund where a vintage is on file, AUM÷12 as the coarse fallback. Labeled per row.

Warm Paths — From Firms You Know To Your Target

Pick a target; the graph walks the co-investor syndicates from each firm you already know until it reaches them. Bridging chips are the shared portfolio companies that make each hop a real relationship, not a cold email.

Your known firms come from the Targets tab.

What's Real vs What's Modeled

The honest ledger behind every number on this page. If a figure is an estimate, it says so where it appears — this tab is the full accounting.

The Status Ladder

DEPLOYING — 3+ roster-linked checks in the last 12 months. The firm is writing checks now.
ACTIVE — at least 1 check in the last 12 months.
SELECTIVE — activity inside 24 months, nothing in the last 12.
QUIET — no roster-linked events in 24 months. Partial coverage, not proof of inactivity — the roster sees a slice of each firm's deals.

Likelihood Score — The Weights

Base fit is the same sector/stage/geography core as Founder Match. On top: deployment status (+18 deploying / +10 active / −8 quiet), dry-powder freshness (+12 fresh / +6 mid / −10 exhausted), check-size fit vs your round (+10 can lead / +5 co-investor / −6 too big), portfolio adjacency (+8 already underwrites your space), and a competitor conflict (−25, flagged in red — a firm backing your competitor is far likelier to pass, and your deck is information). Scores normalize to 0–100 within your result set; every point carries a written reason on the card.

How the Investor Graph relates to the rest of the stack

Syndicate Graph (/syndicate-graph) owns generic co-investor mapping — who invests alongside whom, market-wide. This page imports that graph and points it at one question: from the investors you already know, who can walk you into your target?

Founder Match supplies the fit core (sector/stage/geo); Capital Bridge supplies check-size capacity and the demo raise. The Investor Graph adds the time axis: is this firm actually deploying, and does it still have a fund to deploy from?

What this is not — an introduction service, an offer of securities, or a claim about any firm's actual pipeline. Deployment counts are a conservative floor from roster data; dry powder is a labeled model.
