Fill in a deal once — thesis, companies, comps, diligence checklist, catalysts, sources — then track its progress through Researching → Watch → Active Diligence → Passed / Invested. Every stage move is timestamped, so you can see how long a deal has sat where it is. Stages sync to the same store the daily Investor Brief sweeps, so the pipeline, the monitor, and the workbench never disagree.
Hit + New deal for the full intake form — name, stage, investor type, sector, key companies, public comps, bull and bear case, diligence checklist, catalysts and source links. Only the deal name is required; everything else can be filled in later. You can also add the “+” in any column header, or drag a Market Deal Radar card straight onto any column.
Click a card to open it. Tick off diligence questions, add catalysts and next steps, edit the bull/bear case, attach source links and public comps — everything saves as you type, straight onto the same thesis the rest of QuantLogix reads.
Drag a card between columns, use the ◀ ▶ buttons on the card, or focus a card and press ← / →. Every move is timestamped — the card shows how long the deal has been in its current stage and the card detail shows the full stage history.
Leave 🔔 monitoring on and the daily Investor Brief sweeps the deal for funding rounds, valuation marks and news. A deal that sits in Active Diligence for more than 21 days, or has no diligence questions logged, gets an amber ⚠ flag so it can’t rot quietly.
Stages are private to your QuantLogix account (Pro+). Moving a card updates the thesis status everywhere — the Investor Workbench, the daily Investor Brief monitor, and this board — and appends a timestamped entry to the deal’s stage history. Educational research tooling — not investment advice.
